What do I do?

In a nutshell, I work to make products and services easy to understand and attractive to the eye. 

In the world of product design I believe it is important to begin with a strong understanding of all the characters who will affect the story of your product. Who is the primary user? In what scenarios are customers using the product? Sometimes discerning questions are more useful than answers. Asking those questions and exploring beyond the obvious is the first step in developing a truly impactful design. 

Beautiful is good, but design without a strategy is short lived.
